No. Scope Smart does not guarantee workmanship, pricing, timelines, or outcomes. Any agreement for services is strictly between the customer and the contractor or handyman.

Contractors are responsible for maintaining any licenses or insurance required for their trade and location. Scope Smart does not provide insurance coverage.

Any disputes related to work quality, pricing, delays, or performance are handled directly between the customer and the contractor. Scope Smart may facilitate communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes.
